A first report of the European/International FMD Registry and Initiative (FEIRI) including data from over 1000 patients enrolled in 22 countries from Europe and beyond has been published online in Cardiovascular Research on 13th April 2020.
It describes the main characteristics of patients with focal vs. multifocal FMD, single-vessel vs. multivessel FMD, men vs. women, older vs. younger patients, as well as predictors of complications such as widespread disease, dissections and aneurysms.
